15Ė16th & Locust is a PATCO subway station in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It is the last stop on the line which originates in Lindenwold, New Jersey. The station is connected by an underground walkway to the Walnut-Locust Station of SEPTA's Broad Street Line, the 12Ė13th & Locust PATCO station, and City Hall.
From Suburban Station: Walk South on 16th Street crossing Market, Chestnut, Walnut, Locust, and Spruce Streets. The office is on the right after Spruce Street.

From Drexel University Campuses: Dragon Route (Center City Loop) This express service runs Monday through Friday from 33rd and Market Streets at Nesbitt Hall to 15th and Race Streets at the Center City Campus. Service begins at 5:45 a.m. and ends at 9:30 p.m. Queen Lane Route (East Falls Loop) This route runs Monday through Friday in a continuous loop between 14th and Vine Streets at the Center City Hahnemann Campus and the Queen Lane Medical Campus. Service begins at 5:30 a.m. and ends at 11:30 p.m. University of Pennsylvania Bus (East / West)
Drexel University has a reciprocity agreement with the University of Pennsylvania allowing Drexel students to ride the University of Pennsylvania fixed route campus bus service, free of charge (see above Penn Bus).
On-Street Parking Deals
On Wednesday evenings, meter parking is free in Center City after 5 p.m. (on the rush hour streets, itís free after 6:30 p.m.). The boundaries are from the Delaware River to the Schuylkill River and from Bainbridge Street to Spring Garden Street.
There is no enforcement of parking meters on major holidays (Christmas, New Yearís, Thanksgiving, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day and Memorial Day). On all other holidays, the PPA tickets unpaid meters.
Every Saturday between Thanksgiving and Christmas, all metered parking is free after 11 a.m.

Donít want to deal with the hassle of parking in the city at all? Consider driving to a regional rail station, parking the car and taking the train the rest of the way in to town. You can park your car for up to 24 hours for just $1 at the following stations.

Neighborhood Parking Permits
If you will be attending sessions regularly for treatment such as Zerona, inquire with Dr. Steele regarding using the guest neighborhood permit. $15 for 15 days from date of purchase or $35 for 5 day passes that are good for up to a year from purchase.
